Sleepy Snow Day...

This is what Kaitlin thought of all the snow and cold weather...I tend to agree with her!

This is what the twins wanted to do...watching a Dora movie we rented--Candyland has already been played and cocoa drank with grilled cheese for lunch.  Thanks to the food network last night they have requested pretzels and peanut butter for a snack after naptime.

Better hair Days!

After daddy not being able to fix her hair, mommy came to the rescue!!!  This is SOOOO much better!!!!!

Puppy Ears

Not sure why Addison wanted me to take her picture, but she has been fascinated with having her hair in puppy ears lately...and of course we had to braid them.

Well last week (yes, I'm a bit behind) I went to work and Jesse stayed home with the girls. 
This is the picture that I received while in my meeting...WHAT DID HE DO TO MY LITTLE GIRL!!!!  Needless to say I got some funny looks while laughing at this.  He gave her a bath and then couldn't do anything with her hair!  Quite funny!!!

Coloring Time!

Playtime in the evening...color time with daddy!  The girls lately are all about coloring...I lose track of how long they color---it is an every day occurance.  Not very picky when it comes to what we color with...crayons, markers, pencils...whatever we can find!  Too bad the new Crayon maker didn't work (we still have to take it back to the store) or we would be playing with that I'm sure.

And the room is clean...

Every year after Christmas and the twins' birthday we HAVE to clean out their room...I wish I would have taken a "before" picture of their room---it seriously looked like the dump.  All this cleaning is just to get ready for their new beds to arrive.  White bunk beds...they are excited!

New Favorite Place

Here is Kaitlin's new favorite place to sit.  I borrowed the seat from a friend and she loves it!  It helps because I can fix her bottle, do the dishes, cook dinner, just whatever and she just sits there to watch!

Coloring Time

As you can tell by the picture the girls love to dress up and to color!  so they thought they would "help" by coloring where Kaitlin could watch.  It was actually a big help for about 20 minutes until Kaitlin decided she needed a nap!  She is so entertained by those two!  they are having a good birthday so far with phone call and a skype visit with daddy.  Later it's 4 year pictures, dinner at the "pancake place" and decorating for the party...they are so funny.

4 years & 6 months

The twins will be 4 TOMORROW!!!  I can't believe how fast time has gone by.  they are so excited for their party!  Of course we are having a princess party--is there anything else to a 4 year old?  The festivities kicked off today with them getting to be in front at chapel during school and everyone sing happy birthday to them.  I also took cupcakes (pink and white) and juice to school for them to have this afternoon in class.  Tomorrow on their big day we will be busy again.  4 year old pictures (and 6 month pictures for Kaitlin), supper at the "pancake place" (IHOP for those who haven't talked to Sierra lately) and then they have requested to help decorate too.  We might let them open a present or two tomorrow since it is actually their birthday.  Saturday is the BIG BIG day with their party---I'll definately post something after that is over!!!
They had their checkups this week too---35 pounds and 40.5 inches!!!

Kaitlin had her 6 month checkup this week too...14.8 pounds and 25.75 inches---shuch a tiny tot!!  Kaitlin started to sonshine school this week and did great on Tuesday.  The twins were very excited that Kaitlin got to go to the baby class and can't wait until they can see her during chapel!

2011...here we go!!!

Well it's 2011 and one of my goals is to blog more often so that everyone can keep up with all 3 girls.  Facebook will still be my daily update, but somethings require much more explanation than that!  So here goes...let's see how much mayhem we get into this year!
